1. Digital Products & Online Resources

All digital products, including e-books, guides, online programs and any other online product, are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their instant access and digital nature.

2. Coaching & Consultation Services

All coaching services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your session.

The remaining balance is due before your scheduled session (if applicable).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to your new session.
4. Affiliate Products & Third-Party Services

6. Health and Wellness Products
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened supplements or used items. Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return:
